- Established Sant Gajanan Maharaj Education group to provide quality education services to rural Maharashtra comprising graduate & post graduate courses in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Para Medical, Engineering discipline
- Set up Sant Gajanan Maharaj Rural Hospital & Research centre in 1992, a 160 bed multispecialty hospital with a mission to bring affordable healthcare to rural Maharashtra
